Yes. Our warehouses are FDA-registered. We track lot numbers and expiration dates on every supplement we ship, and we pick using FEFO (first expired, first out) so the closest-dated batch ships before later batches.

Orders placed by 2pm local time ship the same day. Inbound put-away (receiving new inventory) takes 24 to 48 hours.

Yes. Custom kitting and assembly for monthly supplement boxes is a core service. We build, label, and ship subscription boxes alongside standard ecommerce orders.

UPS, FedEx, USPS, and select regional carriers. We negotiate discounted rates so your customers get fast delivery without inflated shipping fees.

You can price the shipping half yourself before speaking to anyone. Our shipping rate calculator returns live parcel rates through our carrier accounts. Bottled supplements are dense rather than bulky, so they usually bill on real weight, but powders in large tubs often do not: run those through the dimensional weight calculator to see what a carrier will really charge.

Storage is billed by the pallet position at published rates: $7.50 a month for a 30 x 36 x 24 inch pick rack position, $18.50 for a 40 x 48 pallet up to 60 inches, $25.00 up to 72 inches, and $40.00 over 72 inches. You are billed on the height a pallet is actually built to, and the pallet deck itself uses about 5.5 inches of that allowance.

Each pallet position is rated to 2,500 lbs. Bottled liquids and dense powders reach that weight well before they reach a height break, so for those the pallet stops on weight and building taller saves nothing. Capsules and gummies are usually the opposite and run out of height first.

FEFO picking means the closest-dated batch ships first, so stock naturally works down in the right order. Lot and expiry data is visible in the WMS, so you can see what is ageing rather than finding out at the end. What we cannot do is sell it for you: if a batch is not moving, the decision to discount, donate, or pull it is yours, and the earlier you look the more options you have.

Yes, from the same inventory pool. That includes EDI or API connections for retailer orders, UCC-128 carton labels, and routing guide compliance, so a wholesale purchase order and a Shopify order draw on the same stock.

New Jersey (two warehouses, about 40 minutes from Port Newark), California (eight locations near the Ports of LA and Long Beach), and Kansas City, Kansas. Most brands start in one and add a second only when their order file justifies it.
