Do you ship pet food and supplements?
Yes. We store and ship shelf-stable pet food, treats, and supplements from an FDA-registered warehouse with lot and expiration tracking. We do not offer refrigerated or frozen (cold-chain) storage.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders received by 2pm local time ship the same day. Inbound inventory is typically put away within 24 to 48 hours of arrival.
Can you handle both DTC and retail orders?
Yes. We fulfill direct-to-consumer and retail/wholesale from the same inventory, including the EDI and labeling that retailers require.
How do you keep oversized shipping affordable?
