How to Navigate Your 3PLIFY Customer Portal FAQs

In 3PLIFY, you can access your current contract rates, including fees for order cancellations, handling, oversized picks, and inter-carton picks. You can also view carrier account settings, material charges, and freight or drayage account details. This transparency helps you track costs and manage your logistics efficiently.

Under the Customer tab, you can update your company profile, which reflects on shipping labels. You can also manage additional contacts, enable or disable users, and control access permissions. This allows for seamless team management and accurate shipping details.

3PLIFY lets you filter and track orders by status, fulfillment type, carrier, warehouse, country, PO, or reference number. You can view shipping history, check address validity with address verification, change carrier settings, and upload essential documents like carton labels and packing slips. The billing tab provides a breakdown of fees, including reshipments and returns.
