Earlier than most brands plan for. Receiving takes 24 to 48 hours in normal weeks, but inbound queues lengthen when every toy brand is landing stock at once, and an imported container has a port and drayage leg in front of that. Tell us your expected peak volume and dates as far ahead as you can and we will plan staffing and space against it rather than react to it.

Probably more than the weight suggests, and board games are the textbook case. Carriers bill on the space a box occupies, so a light box with a large footprint is charged on dimensional weight. Storage is billed by the pallet position at published rates: $7.50 a month for a 30 x 36 x 24 inch pick rack position, $18.50 for a 40 x 48 pallet up to 60 inches, $25.00 up to 72 inches, and $40.00 over 72 inches. You are billed on the height a pallet is actually built to, and the pallet deck itself uses about 5.5 inches of that allowance. Toys are usually light for their size, so height is your constraint rather than weight, and how a pallet is stacked decides the tier.

Yes. Every inbound shipment is tracked by lot, so affected stock can be identified and quarantined rather than guessed at. We can pull it from sellable inventory and report what shipped and when.
