Your inventory should be selling the week it lands

Most West Coast DTC inventory arrives by sea, and the gap between a container touching the dock and a unit being sellable is dead money that almost nobody measures. Our eight California warehouses sit near the Ports of LA and Long Beach, so the run from port to rack is short and receiving takes 24 to 48 hours. After that it is counted, live in your dashboard, and shipping to customers the same day it is ordered.

What you actually get with California eCommerce fulfillment

Imported stock that starts selling quickly, shipping your West Coast customers barely notice, and a count you can trust. Before you talk to anyone, you can price it yourself: the shipping rate calculator returns live parcel rates through our carrier accounts, and the dimensional weight calculator shows what a carrier will really charge for your box.

California eCommerce Fulfillment FAQs

We dray from the Ports of LA and Long Beach and receive into sellable stock within 24 to 48 hours. The short run from port to rack is the point of holding West Coast inventory here rather than inland.

Check it yourself before you speak to us. The shipping rate calculator returns live parcel rates through our carrier accounts, which are the rates you would pay shipping with us rather than a carrier’s list price. If your product ships in a big light box, run it through the dimensional weight calculator too, because carriers bill on the space a box occupies and that is where DTC margin usually disappears.

Storage is billed by the pallet position at published rates: $7.50 a month for a 30 x 36 x 24 inch pick rack position, $18.50 for a 40 x 48 pallet up to 60 inches, $25.00 up to 72 inches, and $40.00 over 72 inches. Billing follows the height a pallet is actually built to.

Anything released by 2pm ships the same business day, with daily carrier collections.

We have eight California locations, close to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Over 100 integrations, including Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop. Orders flow in automatically and tracking flows back to the customer.

Yes. Live on-hand counts and order status are in the WMS around the clock.

Yes, in the same building as outbound, so a returned unit is inspected and back in sellable stock rather than stuck in transit between sites.

Only when your order mix earns it. A second location duplicates the buffer of every SKU you carry, and that cost is real and monthly. It starts to pay when enough of your orders are crossing the country by ground. We can look at your actual order file and tell you either way.

Yes, and it is worth flagging one before it happens rather than after. Tell us the date and the expected volume and we will staff the pick line for it.
